Search & Rescue Find Missing Snowmobiler

TEAMWORK MEDIA TV INC. – (RCMP Release) On March 5th at approximately 6:06 pm, Castlegar RCMP received a call stating that a sledder had gotten separated from his friend while out sledding in the Goose Creek area ( outside Castlegar), were he was last seen at approximately 2:30 PM pm. Attempts to locate him had been unsuccessful.

Search and rescue was activated and began their search, along with local sledders who know the area well. At 10:40 pm, SAR made voice contact with the sledder, a 30 year old local man. He was located at just after 11 pm. He was uninjured and in good health.
