As always, most shows on the tour are fundraisers for various charities, and over the past decade The Cariboo Express have raised nearly three quarters of a million dollars, reaching over $200,000 in the 2015 tour alone. Over the years, the shows have benefited local charities and not-for-profit societies from Vancouver Island to Winnipeg, including The Potluck Café Society, Sidney Lions Food Bank, Sooke Food Bank, Friends of Children, Classroom Champions, Salt Spring Food Bank, Cause Canada, The Good Food Club, Habitat for Humanity, Bragg Creek Community Centre, Inner City Children’s Program and the Mustard Seed Food Bank. New this years is the BC Farmers Market Nutrition Coupon Program, in addition to the continued support towards many charities across western Canada.
