Crews call off search for plane missing in B.C.

The search for a plane that has been missing in southeast B.C. for nine days has now been called off.

The plane, a 1963 Mooney M20D, was reported missing at 10:40 p.m. PT on Nov. 25 after it left Penticton, B.C., for Edmonton.

Dominic Neron, 28, and his passenger Ashley Bourgeault, 31, were the only people on board. The plane was last tracked on radar about 46 kilometres northeast of Revelstoke, B.C.
